Thursday Night Breath Awareness & Breathwork

Treat yourself to a deep journey of self-discovery and inner peace with Andrew Cox.


Each Thursday night in May, Andrew will facilitate a free transformative breath journey designed to empower and deepen your connection with your breath.


Suitable for ages 18 and above, this free community event offers a safe and supportive space to explore various breathwork techniques, reduce stress, enhance mindfulness, and promote holistic well-being. Whether you're new to breathwork or seeking to deepen your practice, come breathe, relax, and rejuvenate with Andrew this month.  


What to Expect during a guided breathwork journey


Each guided 90 minute breath journey will include a variety of breathing techniques that will help you reduce stress, promote mental clarity and connect with your highest self.


As you breath you may dive deep into your inner landscape to uncover insights, release tension, and cultivate self-awareness.


Experience the collective energy of a like-minded group as we come together to uplift, unpack and inspire each other.   


Following the breathwork journey there will be a 30 minute integration session to explore, journal and share your experiences in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Expert Guidance

Andrew has facilitated Meditation and Sound Healing circles since 2018. In 2023 he began studying breathwork and recently completed training in Trauma Release Breathwork. He is also currently completing a diploma in Professional Coaching and has been advising both individuals and corporates for over 25 years. 

Please observe the following:


  • No food 2-4 hours before the event

  • Stay well hydrated throughout the day

  • Wear loose comfortable clothing - no belt

  • Bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, water and journal



  • Pregnancy

  • Epilepsy

  • Heart condition

  • High blood pressure (uncontrolled)

  • Severe mental health issue

  • Psychoactive medications
