Incursions & PD Events
Bring a unique wellbeing experience into your school
Sound • Breath • Science • Wellbeing
Treemendus School Incursions provide practical, science-based tools that help students and staff calm their nervous systems, improve focus, and build resilience in a way that’s fun, accessible and deeply engaging.
Led by Andrew & Servane Cox, Sound Healing Academy teachers and wellbeing facilitators since 2018. Andrew is also a Speakers Institute graduate, breathwork facilitator and accredited meditation teacher.
Sound Healing
& Vibrational Learning

Students explore Tibetan singing bowls and feel real vibration in the body, a powerful antidote to screen fatigue and disconnection. They learn how sound affects the brain, mood and nervous system.
Hands-On Activities
Students pair up to explore instruments, communicate, collaborate and build teamwork skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Breathwork for Calm Focus & Regulation

Simple, evidence-based breathing techniques students can use before exams, during stress, or anytime they need to regulate emotions.
Guided Meditation & Mindfulness
Age-appropriate grounding practices that support attention, emotional regulation and classroom readiness.

Andrew shares his personal journey - from struggling in school and feeling like he didn’t fit in, to reinventing himself, finding confidence, becoming a stockbroker and transitioning into a wellbeing facilitator. A message that reminds students:
You can grow far beyond where you began.
